Defective device: covered by the Warranty — we repair or replace it.
Business customers: returns of non-defective devices are accepted only by prior written agreement.
Consumers in the EU: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us through the Contact page, then return the device unused and complete within 14 days. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by you.
