Warranty

BLIP 13 is covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery.

• Covered: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Not covered: water or moisture damage, mechanical damage, connection of power loads directly to the board pins, opening or modification of the device, normal battery wear.
• How to claim: write to us through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the fault. We repair or replace the device.

Consumers in the EU keep their statutory rights in addition to this warranty.
