Terms of Sale — BLIP 13

Scope. These terms apply to all sales of BLIP 13 products by BLIP 13 ("we") to customers ("you").
Orders. You send a request; we send a quote. A contract is formed when you pay the invoice issued on the basis of the quote.
Prices. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, import duties, taxes and shipping, unless the quote states otherwise.
Payment. Payment is made by invoice under the terms stated in it. Goods are shipped after payment is received.
Delivery. The delivery time and shipping method are stated in the quote. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.
Export compliance. We do not supply to sanctioned countries or to persons on sanctions lists. You are responsible for any import permits required in your country.
Warranty. 1 month from delivery, as set out in the Warranty page.
Liability. Our liability is limited to the price of the product concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Consumers. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you keep your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of registration.
